My Militant Dandies is a home-made short experimental video for two creatures: a green colored and a red-skinned. These creatures, like spirits, haunt all the rooms of the house, performing strange rituals. VASKOS create layers of cultural references, perform idiosyncratic dances, sing strange songs, use camp aesthetics and drag disguises, thus multiplying the self. The work is inspired by “The American Prayer” by Jim Morrison.
